We understand when shopping online that even the greatest of photo’s aren’t as good as seeing and feeling the item itself.


Refunds

To return your item for a refund, please contact us by emailing customerservice@minervacollection.com.

Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item - any reason given, helps us to improve.

We will email you back with the address for returns.

Please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is payable by customer.



* Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.



In the event of the item being faulty, all return postage costs will be paid by Minerva Collection.
